FAQ
How long does it take?
Interior packages take about 4 hours and exterior packages about 5–6 hours. A Full Detail takes most of the day, so it's ready by the end of the day, or the next morning if you drop off late. You'll see an estimated pickup time when you book.
How do I pay?
Cash or e-transfer when you pick up your vehicle. Nothing is charged up front.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel for free up to 24 hours before your drop-off using the link in your confirmation email. After that, please contact us directly.
Where do I drop off?
We work from a home garage in St. John's. The exact drop-off address is sent with your booking confirmation.
What if my car is extra dirty or has pet hair?
No judgement. Tell us when you book so we can plan for it. Heavy soil or pet hair can add a surcharge, and we'll confirm the final price after inspecting your vehicle.
Do I need to remove personal items?
Yes please. Take out valuables, car seats and anything you'd like kept safe, so we can reach every corner.
